Each kit contains a board for raw meat, raw fish, raw poultry, fruit and veg, cooked meat, allergens and dairy.

These chopping boards have a low-density polyethylene making it lightweight, so chefs can carry them around the kitchen easily, and the 12mm thickness means no oils or juices will run through the boards, preventing foods from soaking into the work surface.
