At Commercial Kitchen Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy to understand how you can return items purchased from us.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation.
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Certain items, such as custom or special orders, perishable goods, and opened or used consumables, may not be eligible for return.

2. Timeframe for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After 30 days, we will not accept any returns.

3. Process for Returning Items

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@commercialkitchenstore.com.au or call us at 1300111901 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items received.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Send the Package: Shipping address will be provided once RA approval.
     

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 days after we receiving the returning item, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange your item for another, we will process the exchange after inspecting the returned item.

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returned items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@commercialkitchenstore.com.au or call 1300-111-901.  We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or special orders
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., cleaning supplies, chemicals)
  • Gift cards
