Promotional Offers Terms & Conditions
Eligible customers who subscribe to Commercial Kitchen Store marketing communications may receive a discount of up to $1,000 on selected products from participating brands by applying the applicable promotional code at checkout.
The actual discount may vary by product. The applicable discount will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Offer conditions
This offer is subject to the following conditions:
- The offer is available only to eligible Commercial Kitchen Store subscribers.
- Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be applied per transaction.
- The maximum total discount is $1,000 per transaction.
- The discount applies only to eligible products and participating brands.
- Certain products from an otherwise eligible brand may be excluded.
- The promotional code must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
- The promotional code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit or any other benefit.
- The offer cannot be combined with another promotional code, discount, negotiated price, contract price or price-match request unless expressly stated otherwise.
- The offer is subject to product availability and may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time, subject to applicable law.

Commercial Kitchen Store may update the participating and excluded brand lists from time to time. The eligibility shown on the product page or at checkout will apply to the relevant transaction.
Promotions and sale pricing
Products included in a promotion or sale will be displayed at the applicable promotional price. Unless otherwise stated, the displayed sale price is the final discounted price and no additional discount will apply.
Promotional pricing excludes:
- Clearance products
- Selected brands and products
- Delivery and freight charges
- Spare parts
- Products already subject to a negotiated or contract price
Promotions are available for the stated promotional period or while stocks last.
Prices may change from time to time due to supplier pricing, exchange rates, freight costs, product availability and other commercial factors. The price confirmed when an order is accepted by Commercial Kitchen Store will be the applicable purchase price.
Commercial Kitchen Store does not provide retrospective discounts, partial refunds or price adjustments solely because a product is advertised at a lower price after an order has been placed or accepted. This does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with another promotional code, discount, special offer, negotiated price, contract price or price-match request unless expressly stated otherwise.
Commercial Kitchen Store reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or cancel a promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
Free-shipping promotions
Free-shipping promotions apply only where expressly stated and are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion.
Free shipping is subject to
- Eligible products and participating brands
- Selected delivery locations
- Standard kerbside delivery only
- Delivery to commercial addresses with suitable vehicle and unloading access
- Product and stock availability
Free shipping may exclude
- Regional, remote and difficult-access locations
- Residential delivery surcharges
- Tailgate or hydraulic-lift services
- Hand unloading or placement inside the premises
- Delivery involving stairs, lifts or restricted-access areas
- Redelivery caused by the site being unattended or inaccessible
- Installation and commissioning
- Removal or disposal of packaging
- Removal or disposal of existing equipment
Additional freight, handling or delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery location, site conditions and access requirements. These charges will be quoted based on the information provided by the customer, including site photographs where required.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information before dispatch. Additional charges resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information may be payable by the customer.

General promotional conditions
All promotions are subject to product and stock availability.
Where permitted by law, Commercial Kitchen Store may decline, correct or cancel an order where:
- A promotional code has been applied incorrectly
- The customer or order does not meet the stated eligibility requirements
- A genuine pricing, product-description, technical or website error has occurred
- The product is unavailable or has been discontinued
- Fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised promotional-code use is reasonably suspected
Where an affected order has already been paid for and is cancelled, Commercial Kitchen Store will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product or order using the original payment method.
Nothing in these promotional terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
