Free Shipping Promotion — Full Terms & Conditions

Commercial Kitchen Store may offer free shipping promotions on selected products from time to time. The following terms and conditions apply to all free shipping offers unless otherwise stated.

1. Eligible Products

• Free shipping applies only to selected eligible products clearly marked or advertised as part of the free shipping promotion.
• Not all products on commercialkitchenstore.com.au are eligible for free shipping.

2. Metro Area Only

• Free standard kerbside shipping is available for eligible orders delivered to selected Australian metro areas only.
• Deliveries to regional, remote, rural, or difficult-access locations may not qualify. Additional freight charges may apply after the order is reviewed.
• If your delivery address is outside the eligible metro area, our team may contact you with a shipping quotation before processing the order.

3. Standard Orders Only

Free shipping applies to standard orders only. Free shipping does not apply to:

• Orders using any coupon code, discount code, voucher, or promotional code
• Orders with custom pricing or special quoted discounts
• Bulk, commercial, or wholesale orders unless agreed in writing
• Products requiring special freight, tailgate delivery, crane delivery, installation, or other non-standard delivery services
• Remote area deliveries or locations with access restrictions

4. Not Valid with Coupon Codes

• Free shipping cannot be used in conjunction with any coupon code or discount code.
• If a coupon code or discount is applied to an order, the free shipping offer will no longer be valid — even if the product is otherwise eligible.
• Customers may choose either the free shipping promotion or the applicable coupon/discount offer. Both cannot be combined.

5. Shipping Method

• Free shipping covers standard kerbside freight only.
• Delivered to the nearest accessible kerbside point at your commercial address Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
• Someone must be onsite to receive the goods; futile or unattended deliveries may incur redelivery fees.
• Additional delivery services — including residential delivery, express delivery, tailgate service, upstairs delivery, inside delivery, unpacking, installation, or delivery by appointment — may incur extra charges.

6. Order Review

• All free shipping orders are subject to review and confirmation by Commercial Kitchen Store.
• If an order does not meet the free shipping requirements, we reserve the right to contact the customer with the applicable freight charge before dispatching.

7. Promotion Changes

• Commercial Kitchen Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the free shipping promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The final eligibility of any free shipping offer is determined by Commercial Kitchen Store at its discretion.

8. Errors and Omissions

• In the event of website errors, pricing errors, freight calculation errors, or incorrect promotion display, Commercial Kitchen Store reserves the right to correct the error and provide an updated order total before processing or dispatching.
