The Skipio SGC-1500F 12 Flavours Gelato Display is a reliable solution for preserving and presenting a range of frozen treats. With its deep freezing capabilities and automatic defrosting system, the gelato can be stored at a temperature range of -25°C to -15°C before being brought up to serving temperature. The display features a sliding door or curtain, double glazed front and side glasses, double evaporator for improved temperature distribution, and a LED spotlight top panel. The unit can hold up to 12 1/3 GN pans and 8 1/2 GN pans, and has fan cooling type and digital temperature control. The product comes with a 2-year warranty on parts and labour and is available in black or white. It must be switched off once a week for defrosting.
