Constructed from type 304 stainless steel with Robertshaw controls and valves, this heavy-duty commercial cooktop range and oven are easy to clean and a pleasure to operate. With multi-position rack guides in the oven, six burners and adjustable legs, this kitchen equipment is designed for hospitality, from restaurants to takeaway shops.

The commercial cooktop and oven series is certified by IAPMO OCEANA gas certified to AS 4563-2004, Certification No. GMK10515 comes equipped with a flame safety valve.

Due to the commercial nature of this equipment, please employ a qualified gas plumber for installation in accordance with your local council code and obtain an Installation Compliance Certificate to signify that it has been installed safely and correctly.
Please note that this unit can NOT be converted.
Read the product manual thoroughly before installing and operating the unit to ensure correct instructions are followed.
Check and ensure the gas regulator is set to Natural Gas or LPG as per requirement.
Check and ensure gas pressure complies with the gas type being installed.
