The AG Equipment TOUCH AND GO dough roller is equipped with a unique patented design automation system where the machine is equipped with touch sensors that automatically starts the roller when the operator puts the dough onto the machine.

It then checks the weight and rolls the dough, then the adjustable working timer (between 10 and 35 seconds) turns the roller off saving you time, and power and increasing the life of the machine by reducing wear on mechanical components.
