Description

Body made from type 304 stainless steel with heavy-duty 16mm hardened A3 hardened cooking plates, the hotplate griddle series is made for restaurants, bistros, take-away shops and catering businesses. Designed with adjustable feet for easy bench-top placement and features a removable drip tray and splashback. This piece of kitchen equipment comes with flame-out protection valves with independent controls for easy use, maintenance and cleaning.

Compatible with either natural gas or LPG, this hotplate is certified by IAPMO OCEANA gas certified to AS 4563-2004, Certification No. GMK10515.

Installation and Maintenance

Due to the commercial nature of this equipment, please employ a qualified gas plumber for installation by your local council code and obtain an Installation Compliance Certificate to signify that it has been installed safely and correctly.
Read the product manual thoroughly before installing and operating the unit to ensure correct instructions are followed.
Check and ensure the gas regulator is set to Natural Gas or LPG as per requirement.
Check and ensure gas pressure complies with the gas type being installed.
