The bowl, spiral, central column, as well as protection grid, is made from high-quality stainless steel. The shape of the dough hook in our spiral mixers is specifically designed to perfectly mix dough in just a few minutes. The gearbox of this mixer is designed to be as quiet as possible with an oil bath gearbox.
