Description
The commercial cooktop series is designed with hospitality in mind and made from type 304 stainless steel with adjustable feet, cast-iron trivets and heavy-duty burners. With independently operated Robertshaw controls and valves, this piece of equipment is easy to use and clean. This cooktop is compatible with either natural gas or LPG and, with a standby pilot and flame failure safety valve.
It is certified by IAPMO OCEANA Australia-wide gas certified to AS 4563-2004, Certification No. GMK10515.

Installation and Maintenance
- Due to the commercial nature of this equipment, please employ a qualified gas plumber for installation in accordance with your local council code and obtain an Installation Compliance Certificate to signify that it has been installed safely and correctly.
- Read the product manual thoroughly before installing and operating the unit to ensure correct instructions are followed.
- Check and ensure the gas regulator is set to Natural Gas or LPG as per requirement.
- Check and ensure gas pressure complies with the gas type being installed.
