Description
The TECNODOM by FHE TDE-3B is a bench-top electric convection oven that bakes and roasts across three 600 x 400mm trays, built for cafes, bakeries, delis and small commercial kitchens. It runs on a standard 240V 15A supply (3.1kW), holds a 50°C to 280°C temperature range and uses 84mm tray spacing for even airflow. A stainless steel cooking chamber with rounded corners and an Overture folding door make it easy to load, clean and operate in tight bench spaces.
Why operators choose the TDE-3B
-
3 x 600 x 400mm trays — standard gastronorm-friendly tray size lets you bake croissants, par-bake bread and reheat trays in one batch.
-
240V 3.1kW / 15A — plugs into a single 15A outlet, so no three-phase wiring or special install is needed.
-
50°C to 280°C range — covers gentle proving and holding through to hot roasting and high-heat baking.
-
Stainless steel chamber with rounded corners — wipes down fast and resists corrosion through daily service.
-
Overture folding door with tempered low-E glass — opens clear of the bench front and retains heat for stable internal temperatures.
-
84mm tray spacing — lets convected air circulate around each tray for consistent browning top to bottom.
-
60-minute timer or continuous mode — time short bakes precisely or run the oven indefinitely for longer service periods.
-
IPX3-rated build with interlocking gasket fixing — designed for the splashes and wash-downs of a working kitchen.

Venue suitability
With three 600 x 400mm trays and a 15A plug-in supply, the TDE-3B suits cafes, bakeries, patisseries, delis and small restaurant kitchens that need reliable convection baking without committing to three-phase power. The compact 775mm-wide footprint sits neatly on a bench or stand, making it well matched to venues short on floor space. It is less suited to high-volume production kitchens that need rack-oven throughput, where a larger floor-standing oven would be the better fit.

Frequently asked questions
How many trays does the TDE-3B hold?
It holds three 600 x 400mm trays, all included, with 84mm spacing between each for even air circulation. This makes it suitable for batch baking, par-baking and reheating in a single load.
What power supply does it need?
The TDE-3B runs on 240V single-phase power, drawing 3.1kW through a standard 15A outlet. No three-phase wiring or special electrical install is required, so it plugs in like other bench-top equipment.
What temperature range does it reach?
The oven operates from 50°C to 280°C, covering gentle proving and holding through to high-heat roasting and baking. A 60-minute timer or continuous mode lets you match the setting to the task.
What size is the cooking chamber?
The internal chamber measures 650 x 460 x 350mm, with external dimensions of 775(W) x 700(D) x 560(H)mm. The compact footprint is designed to fit on a bench or stand in space-tight kitchens. See our guide to bench-top oven efficiency for layout tips.
Is a convection oven right for my venue?
Convection ovens use a fan to circulate hot air for faster, more even cooking than static ovens, which suits cafes, bakeries and delis. Our guide to the best commercial ovens in Australia compares formats to help you choose.
What warranty is included?
The TDE-3B comes with a 1 Year Parts and Labour warranty. Keep your proof of purchase and follow the recommended cleaning and maintenance routine to keep the oven covered and performing.
