Description
The Caterlite CD562-A is a light-duty electric benchtop hot plate that keeps plated meals, sauces and sides at serving temperature on a bench, buffet or pass without tying up a burner. Its 550mm-wide toughened-glass surface holds a full-size 1/1 GN pan and runs on a standard 230V single-phase outlet.
Why operators choose the CD562-A
- Full 1/1 GN footprint on a 550(W) x 350(D)mm surface, so a whole gastronorm pan or several smaller dishes sit on one plate

- Toughened glass top over a stainless steel base — hygienic, easy to wipe down and built to take the heat
