Description
The Fagor FTG-C9-10L is a natural gas fry-top griddle that gives a commercial kitchen two independently controlled chrome cooking zones for searing, roasting and finishing across an 820 x 620mm smooth hot-plate.
Why operators choose the FTG-C9-10L
-
Two thermostatic zones — run different temperatures across the plate, from gentle holding to a hard sear, controlled from 120°C to 310°C.
-
Hard-chrome cooking surface — a 20mm mild steel plate with 50-micron heavy-duty chrome plating that resists flavour transfer, ideal for fish, seafood and egg dishes.
-
76 MJ/h gas output — stainless steel tubular burners with pilot lights deliver fast heat-up and quick temperature recovery under service load.
-
Piezoelectric ignition — reliable, tool-free lighting at the start of each shift.
-
Built-in fat collector — a removable grease tray under the grill keeps the station clean and speeds end-of-day wipe-down.
