Description
The Kitchen Knock anti-jam gastronorm pan is made from durable, food-grade stainless steel with an electropolished finish, for preparing, storing, reheating and presenting food. It suits both hot and cold use across a -40 to 200°C temperature range, and comes in 20 sizes from a 1/9 pan to a 2/1 pan, 20 to 200 mm deep.
