Description
The Valoriani FVR100 is a pizza oven from Valoriani's wood- and gas-fired Italian pizza oven range, designed to be built into a rendered enclosure and built for restaurants, cafés and smaller pizzerias. Its 1000 mm cooking floor takes 3–4 pizzas of 30 cm, the oven weighs 280 kg with a 370 mm inside crown height, and the AU importer's installation drawing finishes it in a 1400 x 1400 mm enclosure.
