The lower cooling unit is designed to withstand even the hottest kitchens, fitted with insulation foam and European-made parts including an Aspera compressor and EDM fan motor, as well as a Carel or Dixell digital controller. Arrives complete on castor wheels for easy mobility. Each of the 2 shelves offers a capacity of 155kg, and the interior features a rounded corner design for ease of cleaning. The doors are self-closing and stay open at 90 degrees or more for easy loading and unloading, and are complete with a magnetic gaskets that prevent cold air from escaping. Shelves, food pans, and castors all arrive pre-installed.
