Description
The Blizzard SN-81B is a self-contained, air-cooled under-bench ice maker that produces up to 80 kg of 22 mm cube ice per 24 hours and stores approximately 30 kg in its built-in bin, sized for cafes, bars and smaller venues. It draws just 4.98 A from a standard 240 V outlet and uses premium components including a US Morrill water pump and German EBM-Papst fans.

Venue suitability: The SN-81B suits cafes, small bars, takeaways and offices that need a compact under-bench ice supply rather than a floor-standing machine. Its air-cooled design needs only airflow clearance; for high, sustained demand choose a larger-output unit.

Installation & delivery: Requires a standard 240 V outlet (4.98 A draw) plus a mains water inlet and drain; allow clearance around the air-cooled condenser. Backed by a 2 Years Parts and Labour warranty. Dispatched Australia-wide.

All Ice machines MUST be maintained to ensure high performance.
The cartridge on the water filter system needs to be replaced every 6 months and the unit must be de-scaled to clean the refrigeration evaporator plate.
This maintains the quality of the ice shape and thickness.
This program will extend machine life, improve ice quality, reduce bacterial growth risks, and ensure food safety compliance.
If your ice machine is not maintained, your warranty may be void.
