Venue suitability: The 100 kg daily output and slim under bench build make the SN-101B a good match for cafes, bars, staff rooms and medical rooms that need steady ice without a floor-standing machine. Its R290 refrigerant suits operators prioritising lower-GWP equipment; for very high-volume sites a larger floor model is a better fit.

Installation & delivery: Requires a 240 V 10 A outlet plus a cold water supply and drain, and clearance for the air-cooled condenser. Backed by a 2 Years Parts and Labour warranty (see our warranty information). Dispatched Australia-wide.
Frequently asked questions
How much ice does the SN-101B make and hold? Up to 100 kg of cube ice per 24 hours, with approximately 30 kg of bin storage.
What refrigerant does it use? Natural R290 refrigerant, which has a low global-warming potential.
What size ice does it produce? Clear 23 mm cube ice.
What power and connections does it need? A 240 V 10 A outlet drawing 420 W, plus a cold water supply and a drain.
Is it air-cooled? Yes; it is air-cooled and needs clear airflow around the condenser, so no cooling-water circuit is required.
What warranty is included? It comes with a 2 Years Parts and Labour warranty.
2 Years Parts and Labour Warranty
All Ice machines MUST be maintained to ensure high performance.
The cartridge on the water filter system needs to be replaced every 6 months and the unit must be de-scaled to clean the refrigeration evaporator plate.
This maintains the quality of the ice shape and thickness.
This program will extend machine life, improve ice quality, reduce bacterial growth risks, and ensure food safety compliance.
If your ice machine is not maintained, your warranty may be void.
6 Monthly Maintenance Program
-
Remove scale and mineral deposits from evaporator plate and water distribution system using approved descaler. -
Sanitise water reservoir, distribution tubes, and bin interior. -
Clean and flush condenser coils (air-cooled units). -
Inspect condenser fan motor and blades. -
Check inlet water valve, float, and filters for correct operation. -
Verify ice thickness probe or sensor calibration.
-
Inspect refrigerant pressures, superheat, and subcooling – adjust if necessary. -
Test compressor amperage and general performance. -
Inspect water pump operation and clean pump housing. -
Check harvest cycle operation (heater or hot gas valve). -
Inspect electrical connections, relays, and contactors. -
Replace inline water filter cartridge.
