How to choose a commercial fridge in three steps

Step 1 — Storage or display?
Decide what the fridge is for before looking at sizes. Solid-door storage fridges hold temperature better, run cheaper and suit the kitchen side; glass-door display units trade a little efficiency for visibility, which is exactly what you want where customers choose for themselves.
