Sanitise water reservoir, distribution tubes, and bin interior. Clean and flush condenser coils (air-cooled units). Inspect condenser fan motor and blades. Check inlet water valve, float, and filters for correct operation. Verify ice thickness probe or sensor calibration. Inspect refrigerant pressures, superheat, and subcooling – adjust if necessary. Test compressor amperage and general performance. Inspect water pump operation and clean pump housing. Check harvest cycle operation (heater or hot gas valve). Inspect electrical connections, relays, and contactors. Replace inline water filter cartridge.
